Why’d we build this?
The enhanced patient welcome page creates a clear first impression for new patients, emphasizing the benefits of ordering from Fullscript and offering single-step sign-up options through Google & Apple SSO.
Tip: Ensure that your dispensary name is accurate, as this is the public-facing name displayed on your patient welcome page. You can check and update the display name in your patient welcome page settings.
This release:
- Lets you easily update your dispensary name and logo when customizing your patient welcome page.
- Communicates the benefits of ordering from your Fullscript dispensary to your prospective patients, to encourage ordering supplements from your store, instead of third-party resellers.
- Offers Google & Apple SSO options to make signing up easy for your patients.

2. Embeddable Product Cards
What’s new
While embeddable product cards have always been available, we’ve removed the extra step of requesting access to product card codes to embed on your personal website, making it easier to market your Fullscript dispensary.
Why’d we build this?
Use embeddable product cards to instantly display specific products in the Fullscript catalog on your website, expanding your practice’s reach and providing a convenient experience for patients to view and order recommended products.

3. Bulk Discounts
What’s new
Offering individual discounts just became easier, using the new Bulk Discount Editor to adjust discounts for many patients at once.
Why’d we build this?
Proving discounts for your patients keeps them effectively engaged, as cost is the #1 barrier to patients staying adherent to their treatment plan. The Bulk Discount Editor reduces administrative work, minimizes errors, and provides visibility into the impact on your profit margins.
This release:
- Allows you to quickly update multiple patient discounts from the patient management page with filters to find, select, and group patients to apply or readjust discounts as needed.
- Provides better visibility into the total of all patient discounts and how they impact your profit margin before approving your discount adjustments. This ensures there are no surprises when it comes to your payouts.
- Reduces admin work and the risk of errors by using a tool designed specifically for quickly and easily managing individual or multiple patient discounts.
