Vascular Health Protocol

This protocol combines proprietary and foundational supplement ingredients for supporting vascular health and optimizing cardiovascular outcomes.
Proprietary ingredients
Arterosil HP®
- Dosing: 1 capsule twice daily
- Contains 900 mg proprietary blend of Monostroma nitidum (green seaweed) extract, green tea extract, and fruit and vegetable extracts to support healthy vascular function
Vascanox HP®
- Dosing: 2 capsules once daily
- Contains 700 mg proprietary blend of garlic, beetroot, and berry extracts, plus supportive vitamins and minerals
Foundational ingredients
Magnesium
- Dosing: 500 mg twice daily
- Preferably in the form of magnesium malate, glycinate, or citrate (not oxide)
CoQ10
- Dosing: 300 mg daily or up to a blood level of 3.0 ug/mL
Omega-3 fatty acids (EPA/DHA)
- Dosing: 2000 mg daily combined EPA and DHA
- Preferably ethyl ester-free or triglyceride form
Multivitamin
- Dosing: Variable based on product selection
- Preferably one high in polyphenols and antioxidants to support vascular health
