Hair, Skin, and Nails Support
Hair, skin, and nails are influenced by a woman’s hormone health, as well as other factors such as diet, lifestyle, and environment.
For that reason, this protocol is divided into three parts: foundational functional systems (parts I and II), which are key for all women, and individual symptomatic support (part III), which is used on a patient-by-patient basis. All these are combined with exercise, lifestyle, emotional, and other whole-health support.
Part I – Foundational endocrine support
For premenopausal women
FemmenessencePRO HARMONY (Symphony Natural Health)
Dosing: 1 capsule, twice daily, away from meals
The first dose should be taken in the morning before breakfast and the second dose early in the afternoon or just before the afternoon energy dip. FemmenessencePRO HARMONY shouldn’t be taken later in the day, as it may disrupt sleep.
- Light dose: For women who are more sensitive, consider 1 capsule in the morning.
- Higher dosing: If a patient does not get the desired response in the first 2–4 cycles or needs additional support, there could be a case for increasing the dose to 2 capsules, twice daily for a short period of time (1–2 cycles).
- Maintenance dose: After 4–8 months of use, if the body has been rebalanced, reduce the dose used to half the original dose.
FemmenessencePRO HARMONY contains MacaHarmony, a concentrated, highly bioavailable, proprietary formulation of Lepidium peruvianum (maca) phenotypes specifically formulated for women to support the hypothalamic-pituitary-thyroid-adrenal-ovarian (HPTAO) axis, as well as menstrual and reproductive health, instead of introducing hormones into the body.*
For perimenopausal women
FemmenessencePRO PERI (Symphony Natural Health)
Dosing: 1 capsule, twice daily, away from meals
The first dose should be taken in the morning before breakfast and the second dose early in the afternoon or just before the afternoon energy dip. FemmenessencePRO PERI shouldn’t be taken later in the day, as it may disrupt sleep.

Part II – Foundational nutrition and hydration support
Personalized nutrition support
In addition to the foundational nutrition products listed here, there may be other nutrients (e.g., iron, biotin) required for an individual based on personal characteristics, such as their gene variants, dietary pattern, physical activity, environment, and toxin load.
Nutrition support

Luminous features nutrients that help support skin collagen formation, tissue strength, tissue elasticity, and minerals that hair and nails need to grow and remain strong.*

Marine Collagen Peptides provides a source of sustainable collagen of types 1 and 3. The formula also offers 18 different amino acids. Marine collagen is a superior solution for non-meat eaters.
