Bone Health Support
Bone health is influenced by many factors, such as the declining function of the endocrine system, genetics, diet, lifestyle, environment, and physical activity.
For that reason, this protocol is divided into three parts: foundational functional systems (parts I and II), which are key for all women, and individual symptomatic support (part III), which is used on a patient-by-patient basis. All of these are combined with exercise, lifestyle, emotional, and other whole-health support.
Part I – Foundational endocrine support
FemmenessencePRO POST (Symphony Natural Health)
Dosing: 2 capsules, twice daily, away from meals
The first dose should be taken in the morning before breakfast and the second dose early in the afternoon or just before the afternoon energy dip. FemmenessencePRO POST shouldn’t be taken later in the day, as it may disrupt sleep.
FemmenessencePRO POST contains Maca-GO®, a concentrated, highly bioavailable, proprietary formulation of Lepidium peruvianum (maca) phenotypes specifically formulated for women to support the hypothalamic-pituitary-thyroid-adrenal-ovarian (HPTAO) axis.*
Part II – Foundational nutrition and hydration support
Personalized nutrition support
In addition to the foundational nutrition products listed here, there may be other nutrients required for an individual based on personal characteristics, such as their gene variants, dietary pattern, physical activity, environment, and toxin load.
Nutrition support

OSAplex MK-7 (Xymogen)

Hydration support
