This protocol provides a functional approach to support sleep.
Duration: Reassess in 3–4 months. Patient follow-up is at the discretion of the practitioner.
Circadian rhythm issues or difficulties staying asleep due to muscle discomfort:
MetaSleep™
MetaSleep™ contains dual-phase melatonin, which helps individuals fall and stay asleep, while kava supports relaxation.*
Dosing: 1–2 capsules daily before bedtime
Mag Glycinate or MetaRelax
Mag Glycinate features a magnesium amino acid chelate (bis-glycinate) designed to enhance absorption and intestinal tolerance.
MetaRelax also features a magnesium amino acid chelate (bis-glycinate) as well as taurine, vitamins B6 and B12, and folate.
Dosing:
- Mag Glycinate: 2 tablets daily
- MetaRelax: 1 packet daily
Serosyn™
SeroSyn™ features 5-HTP and theanine to help support serotonin metabolism.*
Dosing: 2 capsules daily
Difficulties falling asleep due to daytime stress or muscle discomfort:

Tran-Q® Sleep contains lavender oil and passionflower extract to help support sleep initiation.*
Dosing: 1–2 tablets daily
