Magnesium
Highly absorbable FoodState magnesium synergistically paired with organic whole food spinach to nourish adrenal glands and support the nervous system.
Despite being one of the most abundant minerals in the human body, more than half of adults in the United States do not consume the estimated average requirement for magnesium, according to data from a 2009 NHANES study. (7) Magnesium is often very low in those with hormonal imbalances (adrenal fatigue and thyroid disorder) and is one of the most supportive minerals to take during times of increased stress.
