Optimal Vitamin D3 + K2 Drops

Please take 4-8 drops, once daily 

A total dosage of 4,000 IU per day is recommended (from all supplemental sources) unless otherwise recommended at the discretion of your healthcare practitioner. Why 4,000 IU? Read more. 

Optimal Prenatal

Please take 4 capsules, twice daily 

The total dose is 8 capsules per day. Split dosage and take with a meal to optimize absorption.

Optimal Prenatal Chewable

Please take 2 tablets, once daily 

Alternative prenatal for those who do not tolerate capsules.

Optimal Prenatal with Plant-Based-Protein (Vanilla)

Please take 1 scoop, once daily

Inositol (Powder)

Please take 2 scoops, once daily 

One scoop in the morning, one scoop in the evening. Mix into water or a beverage.

Prenatal DHA

Please take 2 gels, once daily 

Take with meals for optimal absorption. A supplement is not necessary if the diet consistently contains 12oz+ of high omega-3 seafood per week.

Collagen Peptides

Please take 2 scoops, once daily 

Supplement not necessary if diet contains sufficient intake of collagen/glycine-rich animal foods.

Beef Liver Capsules

Please take 2-4 capsules, once daily
