Digestive Support
Description:
For healthy digestion, we need a healthy supply of digestive enzymes. Although enzymes exist naturally in raw foods, we destroy many when we cook food. In addition, we lose our enzyme potential as we age. Our bodies do produce enzymes, but due to eating a western diet replete with processed foods and the aging process, oftentimes, we cannot produce the amount we need. For that reason, may people struggle with some form of digestive issues and require digestive support.
