Calocurb®

Calocurb® is a dietary supplement designed to support healthy eating habits. Healthcare providers may incorporate it as part of a wellness plan for patients exploring weight management and appetite control. It features Amarasate®, a patented bitter oil extract from hops flowers grown in New Zealand. Amarasate® may help stimulate a natural increase in endogenous glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) levels that typically occur after eating, which could contribute to a reduction in subsequent calorie intake.

Calocurb® capsules are designed to be taken whole, ideally one hour before meals on an empty stomach.

When taking Calocurb® for the first time, some individuals may experience a mild laxative effect, which typically subsides within 24–48 hours. To minimize this potential discomfort, it’s recommended to gradually increase the dosage as outlined below.

Day 1–7

  • Dose: 1 capsule one hour before breakfast and one hour before your biggest meal (2 capsules total)
  • Timing: Begin Calocurb® the week of the last GLP-1 receptor agonist injection.
  • Duration: Seven days

Day 8+

  • Dose: 2 capsules one hour before breakfast and 2 capsules one hour before the biggest meal (4 capsules total)
  • Duration: Ongoing, as needed
  • Optional: Healthcare providers may recommend taking an additional capsule in the evening as part of a wellness plan for patients who frequently snack in the evening or at night.

Note: Do not exceed 4 capsules per day.
