Zen Sleep

Take 2 capsules 30 minutes before bedtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner

Contains the same amounts of GABA and L-theanine as the best-selling 200 mg of Zen, augmented with vitamin B6 as pyridoxal-5-phosphate (P5P) and L-5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP), the precursor to serotonin and melatonin. Promotes relaxation and supports normal, healthy sleep.*

Magnolia Extract

Take 1 capsule daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner

Magnolia (Magnolia officinalis) extract, containing honokiol and magnolol concentrated to 90%. Magnolol interacts with GABA receptors, promoting relaxation and healthy, normal sleep.*

Magnesium Citrate
