DIM Vitex

Take 2 capsules one or two times daily with meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner

BioResponse DIM®, a stable, bioavailable form of diindolylmethane (DIM), combined with Vitex standardized extract, bioactive vitamin B6, magnesium, and chromium. Supports a normal menstrual cycle and a balanced mood premenstrually.*

PhosSerine® Complex

Take 1 capsule three times daily with meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner

Contains phosphatidylserine and phosphatidic acid, extracted from non-GMO sunflower lecithin. Supports cortisol balance in response to stress and a balanced mood premenstrually.*

Super EPA

In the first half of the menstrual cycle, take 1 or 2 softgels two or three times daily with meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner
