Description:

To fully support health insulin levels, begin with a food first approach with adequate protein and fiber from a function food, berberine for indirect metabolic support as well as direct insulin sensitizing nutrients working directly to influence proper insulin signaling. This will take roughly 2-3 months to see full results.
