Who can find my storefront?

Your storefront isn’t searchable on the internet. The only people who can find it are those you share your link with directly — whether you share that link with specific patients, anyone who visits your website, or your social media followers.

What content can be viewed without logging in?

At your storefront link, visitors can view your published collections and protocols (unless they are set to private). If you share a link to a specific protocol, collection, or product, visitors can view the content without logging in. Personalized plans, private protocols, and the complete Fullscript catalog require an account to view.

How do I promote my store discount?

To comply with brands’ minimum advertised price policies, keep your discount messaging general. ✓ Say: “Exclusive store pricing when you sign up” ✗ Avoid: naming a specific % discount, or saying a specific product or brand is discounted
