Fullscript will take care of the general marketing to your patients for the Labor Day Sale, but hearing it from you means more.

Fullscript’s communications schedule
The below is subject to change without notice.

Starting August 30, 2025, Fullscript will begin communicating with your patients about the Labor Day Sale. Eligible patients may receive one email before the sale.
During the sale each patient could receive a different frequency of communications, based on their historical engagement. Each patient will receive a daily maximum of:
- 1 text message
- 1 push notification
- 1 in-app message
- 2 emails
Once a patient orders, we will stop messaging them about the promo. However, on the final day of the sale, we may remind them that they have a final chance to save.
Your recommended communications schedule
To complement the communications Fullscript is sending, we suggest that you send a “teaser” one or two days ahead of the sale, and then promote the sale each day it runs.

Promote the sale on social media with professional graphics pre-sized for Facebook and Instagram.
Note: For Instagram Stories, upload the vertical image to Stories and swipe up when editing the story to include a link sticker — from there you can include your dispensary link for patients to easily access.

The dos of social videos
Keep it short, 15 seconds is the most recommended.
Add subtitles, platforms like TikTok and Instagram can auto generate these.
End with a call-to-action, such as “place an order today!”
The don'ts of social videos
Don’t film in bad lighting. Natural lighting is best.
Don’t leave in clips or dead air, like waiting for the recording to start. These can be trimmed directly in many social platforms.
Don’t speak quietly. Ideally, record your audio with a separate mic rather than using the output of the camera.
