How to integrate your Fullscript and United Practice platforms:
First, make sure you have both a Unified Practice and Fullscript account.

1. Connect to Fullscript in the Unified Practice platform
Once you’ve logged into Unified Practice, simply go to any patient intake form and scroll to the ‘Plans-Herbs Rx’ section where you will find a ‘+Fullscript Rx’ button.

2. Authorize Fullscript
The first time you click on the ‘+ Fullscript RX’ button, a module will appear and request your Fullscript login credentials. After adding your credentials, simply click on ‘Authorize Application’.
