Auto refill is an automated supplement refill service through Fullscript that allows you to schedule recurring orders, making it easier to follow your supplement plan without adding to your to-do list.

Schedule Refills According to Your Routine
Everyone’s dosage needs are different. That’s why we make it easy to select different shipping dates for different products, according to instructions from the manufacturer or your practitioner.
In just a few clicks, right within your Fullscript account, you can:
- Order now: Need your supplements ASAP? You can order in advance of your next shipment date.
- Skip order: Missed a few doses? Skip your upcoming order.
- Reschedule: Need to get back on track with a routine? Reschedule your shipments anytime.
- Cancel order: Completed your dosage? Is the product no longer working for you? Cancel anytime.
We’ll send you an email or SMS reminder seven days before your order is set to ship.
Simplify Patient Orders
Setting up auto refill is simple; it just takes a few quick steps:
- Add product(s) to your cart.
- Select an auto refill frequency from the dropdown based on your dosage needs.
- Select different frequency options for different products and place your order.
You can modify any of these choices at any time in your account!
You can also add products you’ve tried and work for you to auto refill
- From the top menu of your account, select auto refill. On mobile devices, select the menu button, then auto refill.
- Add products from your Order history or the auto refill page from your list of previously ordered products by clicking Add to auto refill.
- Select a delivery frequency from the drop-down menu labeled “Delivery every”.
- Under the Shipping & billing menu, add your shipping address, select or add a new payment method, and add your billing address.
- Adjust product quantities as needed, and you’re all set!
