Expanded Blood Test Access is Here: Meet Fullscript’s New Blood Lab Solution

Updated on July 29, 2025 | Published on July 25, 2025

  2. Expanded Blood Test Access is Here: Meet Fullsc...

Providers can now offer blood tests to more patients—with more labs, expanded phlebotomy coverage, and an improved test selection experience.

The updated catalog includes 250+ new Quest tests, panels from Access Medical Labs, and Access Labcorp Draws.

Fullscript makes it easy to compare options by patient location, phlebotomy logistics, and price—so providers can choose the best test and help patients follow through.

What’s new?

We’ve made it easier for providers to choose the right blood test—while expanding access for more patients:

  • More lab options in one place. Providers now have access to tests from Quest Diagnostics and Access Medical Labs (AML)—including tests that can be drawn at Labcorp locations or kits that can be taken to a local phlebotomist.
  • Compare test options. Choose the best option for your patient by quickly comparing tests by location, price, and phlebotomy logistics—then, stick with your selected option or swap for an alternative panel with one click. No need to rebuild panels since alternative options include the same biomarkers.
  • Nationwide phlebotomy coverage. With thousands of Quest Patient Service Centers (PSC) and Labcorp locations available for Access Labcorp Draws, patients have more walk-in options at just $10 per draw. They can also book a mobile blood draw from the comfort of their home through Getlabs, right in Fullscript.
  • Support for patients outside of coverage areas. Access Medical kits make testing possible for patients who aren’t located near a Quest PSC or Labcorp location. Kits arrive with everything they need, including prepaid return shipping. Plus, patients can refer to any preferred phlebotomists you’ve set—or choose from a list of  local independent options—right from their Fullscript account.

How it works

This quick demo walks you through Fullscript’s updated blood lab experience—from exploring the expanded catalog to building custom panels, comparing draw options, and sending a plan to your patient.

Why it matters

Providers told us they needed more test options—especially for patients in areas where previous coverage fell short. This launch helps providers:

  • Reach more of their patient panel: You can now select panels from Quest Diagnostics, Access Medical Labs, and Access Labcorp Draws. This lets you select the test your patient needs from the lab solution that offers the most convenient phlebotomy option.
  • Recommend tests with greater confidence: Compare tests that contain the same biomarkers by patient location, phlebotomy logistics, pricing, and more—all before sending a plan.
  • Improve patient adherence: Whether your patient is near a Quest PSC, a Labcorp location, or needs a kit sent to their home, they’ll have a convenient way to follow through. That means less drop-off and more completed labs.
  • Every blood panel includes clear, clinical insights. Lab interpretations on Fullscript highlight optimal ranges, flag trends over time, and come with editable summaries—so providers can act quickly and explain results with ease. Learn more.

The bottom line

With a broader test catalog, expanded phlebotomy access, and built-in tools to compare options, it’s easier for providers to offer the right test for every patient—no matter where they are.
