Embeddable Product Cards: Innovating How Practitioners Share Fullscript’s Catalog

Written by

Sharing online is the norm these days. Whether it’s content for learning purposes, thought leadership, opinion pieces or commonly used products, there is power in sharing content.

At Fullscript, we have identified this trend and want to empower practitioners using our platform, to share the products within our catalog on their websites and blogs. We are very excited to introduce an innovative way to share: embeddable product cards!
This feature allows practitioners to embed specific products from the Fullscript catalog on their own websites and blogs.

Sharing products online: why use embeddable product cards

This new feature is a powerful tool for practitioners. We’re happy to share how embeddable product cards can help you and your practice:

  • Increase the reach of your practice from one, to many
  • Make it easier for patients to view the products you like
  • Show innovation in the industry
  • Enhance your online presence and position yourself as an expert in your community

How to use embeddable product cards

To gain exclusive access to this feature, simply contact our Customer Success Team and we will turn it on on your account.

From there, simply log in to your Fullscript dispensary and search for the product in the catalog that you would like to share. Once you have the product’s page open, make sure you also have your website or blog open where you would like to feature the product.

Watch this quick visual tutorial for more info:

Follow these steps:

  1. From the product’s page in your Fullscript account, click “Showcase on your website” just below the product image on the left
  2. Click on the “Copy code” button – this will automatically copy the code to your clipboard
  3. Open your website, blog, find the section where you want to input the code and simply ‘paste’
  4. Once the code has been pasted, we recommend you ‘preview’ the changes made, before you ‘publish’ anything on your website or blog

Things to consider when setting up this feature

We understand that coding and working with HTML might be intimidating, especially if you do not have any practice. We’ve provided some suggestions below to help you take advantage of this new feature:

  • Look into bringing on a web development expert to focus on the technical aspect of this feature
  • Before choosing a service for your website (Wordpress, Squarespace, etc), do some research and compare your needs to their offerings
  • Use all of our resources to successfully embed the product cards

To show you live examples of this feature being used, check out Dr. Hoffman, MD’s blog post about Brain Support Protocol, and the dedicated page for his Fullscript dispensary.

We’re excited to give you access to this powerful tool. As we grow our platform, we’re always thinking of practitioners and what they could benefit from.

More power to you.

Fullscript content philosophy

At Fullscript, we are committed to curating accurate, and reliable educational content for practitioners and patients alike. Our educational offerings cover a broad range of topics related to integrative medicine, such as supplement ingredients, diet, lifestyle, and health conditions.

Medically reviewed by expert practitioners and our internal Integrative Medical Advisory team, all Fullscript content adheres to the following guidelines:

  1. In order to provide unbiased and transparent education, information is based on a research review and obtained from trustworthy sources, such as peer-reviewed articles and government websites. All medical statements are linked to the original reference and all sources of information are disclosed within the article.
  2. Information about supplements is always based on ingredients. No specific products are mentioned or promoted within educational content.
  3. A strict policy against plagiarism is maintained; all our content is unique, curated by our team of writers and editors at Fullscript. Attribution to individual writers and editors is clearly stated in each article.
  4. Resources for patients are intended to be educational and do not replace the relationship between health practitioners and patients. In all content, we clearly recommend that readers refer back to their healthcare practitioners for all health-related questions.
  5. All content is updated on a regular basis to account for new research and industry trends, and the last update date is listed at the top of every article.
  6. Potential conflicts of interest are clearly disclosed.
