We know that writing comprehensive, personalized plans for patients is time-consuming. We set out to streamline the Fullscript workspace with a single-minded purpose: make it faster and more intuitive for you to find what you need, and to personalize both your plans and your experience.
What’s new
We’ve spent many months rethinking and reorganizing the basics — leading to a new workspace that’s simplified on the surface, but more clinically sophisticated behind the scenes.
Here’s how it works:
- An easier navigation: You’re getting a simplified and better-organized left-hand navigation that clearly distinguishes your workflows and gives you faster access to the actions you do most often.
- The ability to find the perfect product, faster: Based on feedback from practitioners, we’ve made investments into our product search in order to:
- Improve our search engine and algorithms, making results more relevant
- Introduce new filters to help refine search results, and make those filters easier to find and use
- Introduce language analysis to understand entries, even if they’re spelled incorrectly (you don’t have to spell ‘ashwagandha’ perfectly — just close enough!)
- Add discovery tools — like a mega menu in the catalog — to help you jump straight to a specific health area, category of personal care products, or supplement/ingredient categories
- New ways to discover: The new explore page, found in the patient catalog, makes it easy for you to learn about dozens of conditions — and see products, ingredients, and templated protocols that are proven to be effective in addressing those conditions. At the top of the explore page, you’ll also see products that are popular with other practitioners from a similar clinical background.
- Prioritization of ingredient dosing: We’ve done data curation on all of our products. This provides dynamic ingredient data on a product’s display page, which gives you an ingredient summary and daily intake level that updates in real-time as you customize dosage.
- Flexibility to work how you work best: We’ve improved the Fullscript design to be more user-friendly on mobile, so you can work on-the-go if that’s your style! We also introduced dark mode to help save your eyes, sleep cycles, and device batteries.
- Better discoverability of time-saving tools: It’s now more intuitive to take advantage of ready-made templates and our library of educational patient resources — all of which are evidenced-based and curated by a team of experienced integrative practitioners.
- Patient resources: Save time scouring the internet or creating your own patient handouts. Layer in relevant lifestyle interventions in a couple of clicks by adding beautifully-designed resources that include everything from exercise guides and nutrition plans, to workbooks and educational infographics.
- Ready-made supplement plan templates: Ditch the tedious research! Rather than starting from scratch, confidently level-up your whole-person care by using Fullscript’s 40+ templates as a starting point for supplement plans.
Why did we build this?
We’re passionate about building tools that help practitioners:
- Discover the right ingredients and products for whole-person care
- Automate clinical tasks
- Drive increased patient engagement
But through user data and customer feedback, we realized that leveraging this range of clinical tools wasn’t as easy or intuitive as it should’ve been. There were too many paths to core actions, and functionality was hard to find.
We want to help practitioners save time that they can reinvest into their patients — or into scaling their care, their integrative knowledge, or even their business — so we reimagined the Fullscript experience. We better aligned it to practitioners’ workflows and clinical needs and made it more intuitive and intelligent by harnessing the power of Fullscript data.
The bottom line
Your new Fullscript experience will lead to:
- Faster navigation and more efficient workflows
- Easier discoverability of products and ingredients
- More obvious ways to customize product choices and plans for the patient, based on ingredient dosing
