Biography
Cait is a registered holistic nutritionist, health writer, and beekeeper. She graduated from the University of Windsor with a bachelor’s degree in Communications while also on scholarship for track and field. She went on to complete her designation as a registered nutritionist at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. Cait has a specific interest in sustainable agriculture and food security.
