Wellevate Joins Fullscript: What to Expect
In March of 2023, we began migrating Wellevate practitioner and patient accounts to Fullscript based on the shared mission of helping people get better. The combined power of Wellevate and Fullscript’s expertise, people, and technology, means we can drive more meaningful patient outcomes, provide even more tools to support practitioners, and make wellness fully accessible to their patients.

2. A Seamless Migration Experience
As of October 1, 2023, the Wellevate platform has closed. Practitioners are now unable to dispense supplements and products through Wellevate, and patients cannot place orders or access their order history — unless they connect to Fullscript. The process takes less than 5 minutes and Fullscript will take care of bringing over patient information, order history, and protocols. Plus, Fullscript will notify patients when they can join their practitioner on Fullscript to continue their wellness journey.
Here’s what practitioners can expect:
- Patient account information, including order histories, will be visible in the practitioner’s Fullscript account.
- Fullscript will initiate a personalized patient onboarding experience, ensuring patients know how to move to Fullscript and use its features to meet their needs.
- Practitioners will have access to resources designed to make the transition as smooth as possible for both their practice and patients — before and after making the move.
Wellevate vs. Fullscript: What’s the Difference?
When Wellevate practitioners and patients make the move to Fullscript, they’ll discover a consolidated experience that makes care more accessible and convenient.
