A delicious meal replacement shake. Skip-A-Meal is designed to reduce calorie intake by providing a satisfying high protein, low calorie replacement for one, two or three higher calorie meals daily.

 

Suggested Use:
Mix one serving (2 scoops) to 6-8 oz. of water.  Shake or blend vigorously for 10-15 seconds.  Take up to three servings daily.
