Recommended Dose
Adults: Take 1 capsule per day with food or immediately after meals (to minimize gastrointestinal irritation and prevent too rapid absorption), or as directed by your health care practitioner. For use beyond 6 months, consult a health care practitioner.

Risk Information
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. May cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and/or abdominal cramps. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if these symptoms are severe. Do not use with other potassium-containing supplements or with potassium-containing salt-substitutes. Do not use if you have a gastrointestinal ulceration or obstruction.
