Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is a fat-soluble, vitamin-like nutrient that helps produce energy in all cells of the body. It does so by supporting the mitochondria, the tiny power plants in each of the body’s cells. CoQ10 is in fact one of the most important and modifiable factors in the production of ATP (cellular energy) in the mitochondria.
