Smidge® Evening Magnesium (formerly Good Night Maggie™) is a gentle, calming supplement made with magnesium glycinate complex (glycinate/oxide) to support restful sleep. Take one capsule in the evening to wind your day down and wake up feeling refreshed and energized, all while fulfilling your body's need for premium magnesium. Gives you the most highly concentrated magnesium oxide in chelated form as magnesium bisglycinate chelate, which is easier to digest and absorb than magnesium oxide alone. 100 mg per capsule.

Suggested Use / Directions:
