Niacinamide 500mg

While niacinamide (unlike niacin) has no effect on serum lipid levels, regular use of high doses taken throughout the day, provides nutritional support for brain health, memory and mental function. Niacinamide does not produce the flush seen with niacin and high doses are generally well tolerated.

 

One capsule twice daily with meals.

(as niacinamide)

Other Ingredients: Hypromellose (vegetable capsule), rice flour.
