Lyophilized Liver Extract is specially prepared nutritional supplement derived from organically grazed cattle and contains absolutely no trace of pesticides or synthetic hormones. Prior to extraction, the liver is lyophilized to protect the delicate nucleoproteins and polypeptides from denaturation. Then it is subject to hydrolysis to extract a high concentration of Superoxide dismutase and Catalase. These nutrients are potent antioxidants and serve as a support to liver function.
