Calcium and magnesium formulated for absorption and utilization in a pleasant tasting liquid. The calcium and magnesium are blended at 2:1.

Suggested Use:

As a nutritional supplement, take 1-2 tablespoons daily between meals, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
