Ingredients:
BLEND OF: Cocoa Butter, Coconut Oil , Emulsifying Wax , Shea Butter , Lavender Essential Oil (Lavandula officinalis), Pine Essential Oil (Pinus sylvestris), Thyme Essential Oil (Thymus zygis), Peppermint Essential Oil (Mentha piperita), Yarrow Essential Oil (Achillea millefolium).

Suggested Use: Apply 1/4 teaspoon topically to the chest and back 2-3 times a day and before bed. Use as an herbal inhalant by adding 1/4 teaspoon to a bowl of boiling water and inhaling the steam. Avoid inhalation under 6 months of age unless under practitioner advice. For topical use under 6 months of age, mix 1/8 teaspoon of rub with 1/8 teaspoon of oil (e.g. olive or coconut) before applying. Avoid applying under the nose or on highly sensitive skin.
