Promoting healing of damaged tissues, and enhancing the synthesis of glycoproteins, while building healthy connective tissue. Chondroitin sulfate is part of a large protein molecule (proteoglycan) that gives cartilage elasticity.

Suggested Use:
Take two (2) capsules in the morning and two (2) capsules in the evening for the first 60 days, and then adjust according to needs, or as directed by your physician.
