Iodine (Potassium iodide): 10 mg
Selenium (Selenomethionine): 40 mcg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Microcrystalline cellulose.

Risk Information: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. If you have been diagnosed with a thyroid disorder, including Graves' disease, do not use this product. If you experience symptoms of thyroid dysfunction, such as fatigue, weakness, puffy face, weight changes, muscle and/or joint pain, anxiety, depression, tremors, changes in heart rate, shortness of breath and/or changes in bowel frequency, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner.
