Fem Calm helps relieve some of the mental and emotional changes as well as mild physical symptoms experienced prior to and during the menstrual cycle and in menopause due to hormone fluctuations.

Cautions

This product contains corn, do not use if you have allergies. Serving Size:
Take 2 Capsules Once Per Day

Suggested Use:
Adult Dosage: Take 2 capsules once daily with/without food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Do not take immediately before bed. Use for a minimum of 3 months to see beneficial effects for menstrual cycle irregularities.
