EPD Trace Minerals 75 vegetarian capsules

EPD (Enzyme Potentiated Desensitization) is a comprehensive health program, developed by Dr. Leonard McEwen. The nutritional supplementation aspect of the EPD program requires that the vitamins and minerals be taken separately and in these ratios to avoid competition for uptake. (See also EPD Basic Multivitamin).

Suggested use:As a dietary supplement in the EPD program, take only 1 capsule daily with a meal. If iron or zinc supplements are used, take at different times of day to ensure absorption, or use as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Do not exceed recommended intake.
Taking more than 400 µg of selenium per day from all sources should only be done under the guidance of a healthcare professional.
