Chitosan LipoSan Ultra 435 mg 250 vcaps
Chitosan is a hydrophilic biopolymer obtained by hydrolyzing the aminoacetyl groups of chitin. In the body, chitosan dissolves into a gelled form that may entrap fat in the intestine and help inhibit its absorption. Chitosan also appears to enhance lipolytic enzymes and has been shown to help decrease HMG-CoA reductase activity, the primary enzyme of cholesterol synthesis. In addition, chitosan has demonstrated the ability to promote levels of beneficial HDL cholesterol.
Chitosan LipoSan Ultra provides a natural way to influence fat digestion and to maintain healthy cholesterol levels.
Each VCapsule Contains
chitosan (90% pure) (shellfish) 435 mg.
Other ingredients: succinic acid
Dosage
4-8 vegetarian capsules per day, in divided doses, with 8 oz water, before meals.
