AM/PM Menopause is menopause relief that provides two targeted formulas to address common menopausal symptoms that typically occur during the day and at night.* The AM Formula includes black cohosh for hormonal support and relief of occasional hot flashes and mood swings and green tea extract for increased energy.* The PM Formula contains black cohosh to help offset hormonal fluctuations that can result in occasional night sweats, valerian and hops for relaxation and restful sleep, and L-theanine for relaxation and well-being.*

AM/PM Menopause Formula™ Directions and/or Dosage

AM: Take 1 (white) AM tablet in the morning.
PM: Take 1 (purple) PM tablet approximately 30-45 minutes before bedtime. It may take four to five weeks to achieve full benefits. Continue use to maintain benefits, or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
