Fullscript Acquires Rupa Health
Rupa Health’s leading lab platform will be combined with Fullscript, accelerating the company’s vision of providing a new model for practicing whole person medicine at scale
OTTAWA, Ontario (BUSINESS WIRE) — Fullscript, a leading healthcare platform for whole person care, today announced the acquisition of Rupa Health, a company that helps practitioners order, track and manage more than 3,000 laboratory tests in a single interface. By combining Rupa Health’s best-in-class lab and educational platform with Fullscript’s whole person care platform, Fullscript will be able to quickly scale and expand its comprehensive platform for whole person care. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
