Making the switch to Fullscript is simple
Here’s a quick look at the process for moving your Rupa account data.
Process for designated account owner
Here’s a look at what you’ll need to do as your designated account owner leads the move to Fullscript.
We’ll notify you – via email and within your Rupa orders dashboard – once your account is eligible. As the designated account owner, you’ll be responsible for initiating the move for your entire practice.
You’ll have 14 days to complete the move, talk to your staff to select a date that works best for your practice.
Sign in to your Rupa account, where you can begin to initiate the move with just a few clicks.
You’ll be prompted to sign in to your existing Fullscript account or create a new one. Then, you’ll be asked to authorize access to your Rupa data.
Once you confirm your Rupa Health and Fullscript account details, you’ll be able to connect your team members by matching their Rupa accounts to any existing Fullscript accounts.
(Note: If they don’t have a Fullscript account, their Rupa information will be listed for you to easily prompt an invitation)
Select a date to move your practice’s account. All of your vital Rupa data – order history, client list, favorites, blood panels, bundles, preferred phlebotomists, and text snippets – will be seamlessly transferred, between 1-4 a.m. EST, on your move date.
Simply sign the labs terms of service and business agreement, set any custom fees, and confirm account details.
You’ll be all set and ready to start using your Fullscript account to place new lab orders.

Talking to your patients about Fullscript
A unified platform for labs and supplements will be better for your patients too. Here’s a quick guide to help you talk to them about the move to Fullscript – and an overview of the patient experience.
Once you make the move to Fullscript, patient Rupa accounts will be reverted to “view-only.” Patients will still be able to access historical orders and must pay for any unpaid labs through their Rupa account.
Patients will be prompted to move from their Rupa account over to Fullscript to purchase any new lab orders placed after your practice makes the move. If your patient already has a Fullscript account, they’ll be brought to their homepage. If they’re new to Fullscript, they’ll be able to create an account with ease.
After your patients connect their Fullscript account – or create a new one – all future lab recommendations, results, and any historical data will be purchased and managed within the Fullscript experience.
Throughout the process, your patients will have easy access to our Customer Support Team – via email or phone – to get any questions answered and issues resolved.
