The path to a new platform
In the coming months, your Rupa account will be required to move to Fullscript. You’ll be notified about a month before the move, so you have time to prepare. We’ll transition all your vital account data so you don’t miss a beat. Keep your labs workflow going in Rupa until the day you choose to move to Fullscript.
Acquisition
Fullscript acquires Rupa Health to accelerate whole person care.
Integration
Develop one intuitive platform and testing experience to meet your needs.
Preparation
You’ll have two weeks to explore resources and get familiar with the new platform.
Transition
We’ll transfer all your practice’s vital Rupa data so you can continue delivering care.
A better labs platform built for your practice
Your practice will only be asked to move once the functions, features and integrations you utilize on Rupa are available on Fullscript. All your Rupa account data – order history, client list, favorites, custom panels, bundles, preferred phlebotomists, and text snippets – will be transferred seamlessly.
Growing catalog
We’re working closely with Rupa’s trusted diagnostic partners to offer a robust test catalog – including access to the same biomarkers, enhanced blood lab solutions, and expanded specialty testing.
Phlebotomy solutions
You’ll find a suite of phlebotomy options built in your workflow – from nationwide leaders like Quest Diagnostics with exciting new partners coming soon, mobile phlebotomy booking through Getlabs, a network of local phlebotomists and more.
Physician support
Providers with limited ordering access will still be able to utilize Physician Services – referred to as the Authorization Network on Fullscript – to continue offering patients a streamlined testing solution.
Actionable results
Your practice can turn insights into action with access to our robust supplement catalog with clinically effective ingredients, informed by a powerful interpretations feature and a suite of clinical decision support tools.
Seamless integrations
To help you order and manage labs without leaving your EHR, Fullscript has begun rolling out new integrations with 30+ partners that make it possible to work right in your workflow.
In-office solutions
For practices that prefer to stock specialty tests in-office or manage every step of blood draws – we’re launching a suite of in-office solutions later this year, so you can manage labs your way.
