1. Log into your Tebra account

Log in to your provider account in Tebra and enter a patient’s profile through the  Platform tab in the top navigation panel.

2. Click on “Plans” in an open or new note

Create a new or open an existing note.  Scroll down to the “Plan” section of your note and click on the section to edit it.

3. Click on “Supplements”

You should see a button called “Supplements”. Click on it and follow the prompts to link your Fullscript account.

4. Begin prescribing products to your patients

Once you’ve linked your Fullscript account and agreed to the terms, you’ll be directed to prescribing products to your patients.
