1. Log into your Office Ally account
In Office Ally, click the Patient Charts tab and select a Patient.

2. Click on Supplement List
From the Medications drop down, select Supplement List and click the Connect with Fullscript button.

3. Sign into Fullscript
It will redirect to a Fullscript page and will prompt you to enter your Fullscript credentials. Authorize the connection and the integration will be ready to use.

Where do I access the Fullscript integration within Office Ally?
The Fullscript integration can be accessed through both EHR 24/7 and Practice Mate. In EHR 24/7, Fullscript can be accessed through the Supplement List in the Patient Chart. In Practice Mate, Fullscript can be initiated in the Patients Chart tab through the icon under the eRx column beside a patient’s name.
What does Office Ally include?
Features include charting (SOAP notes), document storage, lab ordering/results, e-prescribing, automated reminders, patient check-in, and telehealth (add-on).
Is the system HIPAA compliant?
Yes, Office Ally uses encryption, audit trails, and role-based access to meet full HIPAA compliance standards.
