ynergistic GABA Pro™ combines GABA with L-Glutamic Acid and P-5-P (the natural and biologically active form of Vitamin B6).

GABA (Gamma-aminobutyric acid) is a major neurotransmitter (brain chemical) widely distributed throughout the central nervous system. GABA functions as a “brake” on our neural circuits during stress, relaxes the muscles, slows the heart rate and breathing, and help the brain to relax.

L-Glutamic Acid is a neurotransmitter essential for brain cognitive function, learning and memory. Pyridoxal-5-phosphate, the bio-available natural form of Vitamin B6, restores the activity of the brain glutamate decarboxylase (GAD) which is the enzyme necessary for the conversion of glutamate into GABA.

Suggested Use:
Adults take 1 capsule 2 times per day or as advised by a healthcare professional.
