Suggested Use / Directions:
Adults, adolescents, and children ≥ 6 years old: Take 1 capsule once or twice daily with water or juice or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Vegetable magnesium stearate, and arabinogalactan (larch tree) (10 mg), potato starch, saccharose (sucrose), skim milk, maltodextrin, yeast extract (peptone), trehalose and sodium ascorbate, in a non-GMO PH5D capsule (medium-chain triglycerides, sodium alginate, oleic acid, stearic acid, ethylcellulose, hypromellose, and purified water).
