Readily Absorbed and Utilized GABA & L-Theanine*

Pump one 2mL dose (4 pumps) up to four times daily into the mouth between cheek and gum. Hold 30 seconds before swallowing. May be stirred into water. Best taken on empty stomach at least 10 minutes before meals. Once opened, use within 30 days.
