Studies suggest a beneficial role of cinnamon in blood sugar, insulin, and cholesterol metabolism. Active water-soluble type-A polymers are retained and potentially harmful compounds in whole cinnamon are removed in this extract.
Cinnamon bark - 125 mg
(dried water-soluble extract)(containing type-A polymers)
Other Ingredients
Cellulose, vegetarian capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, water), L-leucine, and silicon dioxide.
Suggested Use
1 capsule twice daily with food
