Adult Dosage: Take 2 softgels twice daily. Each softgel contains: Neptune Krill Oil (NKO®) (Euphausia superba) 500 mg Provides: Omega-3 Fatty Acids 115 mg Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) 60 mg Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) 35 mg Phospholipids 195 mg Esterified Astaxanthin 375 mcg Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Softgel Capsule (gelatin, glycerin, water), Glycerin. Contains shellfish (krill) derivative.
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood thinners or if you have a bleeding disorder, liver disease or diabetes. Do not use prior to surgery or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you are allergic to shellfish.
