Insomnitol™ helps promote the body’s natural ability to fall asleep and stay asleep.* The body requires sufficient nutrients in order to obtain high-quality sleep.

This blend provides many nutrients, such as the activated form of vitamin B6 (pyridoxal‑5‑phosphate), which is necessary for the production of melatonin and serotonin to support healthy sleep.*

Suggested Use / Directions:
Adults 18 years and older: Take 2 capsules per day 30-60 minutes before bedtime, or as directed by your health care practitioner. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. Use for at least 2 weeks to see beneficial effects. To minimize the risk of gastrointestinal side effects, start at lower dose and slowly increase to effective dose over 2-week period.

Risk Information: Do not use if you have scleroderma, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you are taking antidepressants or if you are allergic to plants of the Daisy family. Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 4 weeks or if symptoms persist or worsen.

Ask a health care practitioner before use if you are taking carbidopa or health products with serotonergic activity such as mood balance supplements, cough medication containing dextromethorphan, painkillers or medications for nausea or migraine. Ask a health care practitioner before use if you are taking medications for seizure, blood pressure, to suppress the immune system, to affect mental state or increase sedation, steroids or blood thinners, or if you have cardiovascular, immune, liver or kidney disease, seizure disorder, asthma or diabetes.

When using this product avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness, avoid driving or using machinery for 5 hours, exercise caution if you drive or use machinery as you may experience drowsiness. Stop use if allergy occurs or if you experience headache, confusion, or nausea or if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs, or if you experience skin hardening, pain or stiffness of muscles or joints, tremors, agitation/confusion, or an increased heart rate. When using this product you may experience gastrointestinal discomfort/disturbances.
