Hawthorn leaves and flowers are used in herbal medicine to help maintain optimal cardiovascular health in adults.
Suggested Use:
Adults (18 years and over): Take 1 to 2 capsules per day with or without food or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Use for a minimum of 2 months to see beneficial effects. Do not crush, mix or blend capsules. Swallow capsules whole. Do not exceed daily dose unless instructed by a healthcare practitioner.
