Recommended Dose
Adults: Take 1 capsule per day or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.

Cautions and Warnings
Folate may mask a vitamin B12 deficiency. Consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are unsure whether you are taking enough vitamin B12.
