Fem-Adapt contains herbs which are traditionally used to help relieve premenstrual symptoms, joint, and nerve pain. This synergistic formula is also beneficial in helping to relieve symptoms associated with menopause.


Suggested Use / Directions:
Take 2 capsules daily with/without food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, maltodextrin, tricalcium phosphate, sodium stearyl fumarate. Capsule: hypromellose.


Warnings: Allergens: Corn and soy. Do not use if • you are pregnant • you currently have or previously had breast cancer and/or breast tumours or if you have a predisposition to breast cancer, as indicated by an abnormal mammogram and/or biopsy, or a family history of breast cancer. Consult a health care practitioner before use if: • you are not up-to-date on mammograms and gynaecological evaluations • you are taking blood thinners • you have a liver disorder or develop symptoms of liver trouble (such as abdominal pain, jaundice, dark urine) • you are taking hormone replacement therapy (HRT) including thyroid hormone therapy • you have a history of ovarian cancer, endometriosis, and/or uterine fibroids. Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen or if you are breastfeeding. When using this product: consumption of hops with alcohol, other medications and/or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended; some people may experience drowsiness • exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Stop use and consult a healthcare practitioner if you experience breast pain, discomfort and/or heaviness, or if you experience a recurrence of menstruation and/or uterine spotting • hypersensitivity occurs in rare cases, such as an allergy.
