Recommended Dose
Take 1 capsule three times daily with food. Not to be taken immediately before bedtime. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.
Storage
Keep in bottle. Store in a cool, dry place.
Cautions and Warnings
Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, attempting to conceive or if you have bipolar (spectrum) disorder. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a medical condition, are taking any prescription medication or hormone replacement therapy (HRT). Consumption with alcohol, other drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended; exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. May cause heartburn, shaking hands, perilabial numbness, sexual dysfunction and thyroid dysfunction. If you experience irritability or insomnia, discontinue use. If symptoms persist or worsen, or if you develop symptoms of liver trouble (such as abdominal pain, dark urine or jaundice), consult a health care practitioner. For use beyond 3 months dizziness, irritated skin, nausea and diarrhea have been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
